By Car
From Panama City, take the Inter-American Highway to Bugaba; this takes about 7 hours. After crossing into Bugaba, turn right toward Tierras Altas. This last leg of the journey takes about 1 hour, depending on where you choose to stay.
By Bus
If you’re traveling by public transportation, head to the Albrook Bus Terminal. There, you’ll find direct buses to David departing several times a day. We recommend checking the schedule when planning your vacation. Once in David, you should take a regional bus or private transportation up into the district of Tierras Altas to reach your accommodations.
By Plane
From Tocumen and Marcos A. Gelabert airports, direct flights depart daily on the Panama City–David route. Book your flight to arrive as quickly and comfortably as possible. In David, you can book private transportation that will take you to your hotel. The journey from the airport to Tierras Altas takes a little over 1 hour, depending on your final destination.
