How to Get to Pedasi, Playa Venao or Cambutal

To best enjoy this region, you have to go to Pedasi first. From there, you can travel to Playa Venao and then to Cambutal, since they’re very close to each other.

The journey from Pedasi to Playa Venao takes about 35 minutes and the journey from Playa Venao to Cambutal takes a little over an hour.

 

By Car

To get to Pedasi from Panama City, take the Pan-American Highway to the turnoff at Divisa. This will take between 3 and 4 hours. At Divisa, turn left onto the highway that will take you directly to Pedasi in about one hour.

 

By Bus

If you prefer to use public transportation, you’ll find routes departing regularly from the Albrook Bus Terminal to both Las Tablas and Macaracas in the district of Tonosi. From there, you can take regional transportation to Pedasi, Venao, and Cambutal.

To reach other destinations, you can look for local transportation or hire a taxi to take you to your hotel.

 

By Plane

If you prefer to travel by plane, you can take a direct flight from Marcos A. Gelabert International Airport to Alonso Valderrama Airport in Chitre. At the airport, you can rent a car or hire a private service to take you to your destination. Pedasi is an hour and 20 minutes away from the airport in Chitre.
