If you are organizing a conference or convention that requires more than 1,500 hotel nights, we have something special for you in Panamá. You can use our incredible world-class convention centers for free. The number of free days will depend on the total number of hotel nights generated by your event.

2. Which convention centers are included?

The promotion applies to these spectacular centers: 

• Panama Convention Center 
• ATLAPA Convention Center
• AZUERO Convention Center

3. How do I calculate the hotel nights of my event?

Very easy: multiply the number of attendees by the number of nights they will be staying in Panamá.

4. What incentives do you offer according to the nights generated? 

Panama Convention Center PCC 

• 2 free days: 7,500 to 9,999 hotel nights. 
• 3 free days: 10,000 to 12,499 hotel nights. 
• 4 free days: 12,500 to 14,999 hotel nights. 
• Additional customized incentives 

ATLAPA Convention Center 

• 2 free days: 2,000 to 3,499 hotel nights. 
• 3 free days: 3,500 to 4,999 hotel nights. 
• 4 free days: more than 5,000 hotel nights. 

AZUERO Convention Center 

• 2 days for 1,500 to 2,499 hotel nights 
• 3 days for 2,500 to 3,999 hotel nights
• 4 days for more than 4,000 hotel nights

5. What does the promotion include?

• Use of the convention center for the days granted.
• Event setup and teardown.

6. What requirements must I meet?

 You only need to generate a minimum of 1,500 hotel nights.

7. How do I participate?

Complete the following form. A member of our team will contact you to guide you through the process and confirm your eligibility.

8. How does the convention center reservation work?

1. Fill out the form with your event information.
2. Receive confirmation of eligibility.
3. We coordinate the reservation according to availability and assigned days.

9. Can I access additional incentives? 

Of course! If your event generates more than 15,000 hotel nights, we will work with you to create customized incentives tailored to your needs.

10. Does Panamá offer logistical support for my event?

Of course! Our specialized team is here to help you with logistics, coordination and everything you need to make your event a success.

12. Are there any restrictions on the promotion?

The promotion is subject to availability of each venue and compliance with the established requirements.

13. How long is the promotion valid?

The validity is from February to December 2025. We recommend registering your event as soon as possible to ensure availability.

15. What type of events does this promotion apply to? 

The promotion applies to any type of event as long as it generates more than 1,500 hotel nights, the categories are: 

• Associative: Meetings of groups with common interests, such as congresses or workshops, focused on training and networking.
• Weddings: Celebrations of marriage with ceremony, banquet and party, customized according to the preferences of the couple. 
• Corporate: Events organized by companies for commercial or public relations purposes, such as product launches or conferences. 
• Sports: Sports competitions and tournaments, both professional and amateur, that bring together athletes and fans. 
• Exhibitions: Showcases of products, services or works of art, such as trade fairs or art exhibitions. 
• Incentive Group: Trips and events organized by companies to reward their employees or distributors. 
• Leisure: Recreational and entertainment events, such as concerts, festivals or themed parties. 
• Others: Unique and customized events that do not fit into the previous categories, such as charity or political events. 

16. Minimum requirements

• Subject to availability of the Convention Center.
• Subject to review of event requirements. The Convention Center reserves the right to review and approve technical and logistical requirements before confirming the reservation.
• Conditional on the number of hotel nights generated.
• Additional services such as setup, staff, technology, catering, furniture, and audiovisuals are not covered by the free offer and must be contracted separately.
• Advance reservation required: The reservation request must be made well in advance to ensure availability and meet the established requirements.
• Conditions subject to change without prior notice: The Convention Center reserves the right to modify conditions and requirements based on availability and internal policies.

17. What happens if my event does not generate more than 1500 hotel nights? Can I get other benefits?
