    In the Cordillera area lies Trueno de Agua, a 45 m (150 ft) high waterfall. The hike is 1.5 km long and its difficulty and time will depend on the season and your physical condition. A fit person can reach it in approximately 25 minutes. After descending a steep hill, you will walk along the banks of the Bregue River, following the roar of the water. The trail is almost untouched, amidst dense and spectacular vegetation, so we recommend paying close attention to where you step and going with a certified guide.

    Located on the edge of the Chiriqui road to Bocas del Toro, in the lands of the Ngäbe-Bugle, is Celestine. A waterfall located between narrow volcanic stone. At a bus stop you will see the sign with the name of the waterfall. Follow the path into the jungle and you will see that the jungle opens up to give way to a river. In the background, the beautiful Celestine. This waterfall can be reached without a guide, however, be careful if you want to swim in the pool at the bottom of the canyon. If not, sit on one of the large rocks to admire the power of the surroundings,you will come out renewed from that excursion.

    Cascada Alto Chorro

    Walk to Alto Chorro or Klosay Waterfall 

    Discover one of the most impressive waterfalls in Panamá in an authentic experience that is made hand in hand with its protectors, the Ngäbe-Bugle. The name of this waterfall will depend on the community you choose to explore it. Start the adventure entering through the Klosay community, or through the Alto La Gloria community, who call it Alto Chorro. Upon arrival, you will find a stream of crystal-clear and fresh water located at the end of a rock canyon over 20 meters high.
